  1. To whom it may Concern,
Hello my name is Camilo Andres Vargas Lesmes, I was Born on 12/04/1992 in Bogota, Colombia and Mixology is my passion. I first picked up Mixology when I got promoted to General Manager and Bartender at Fingers and Claws Seafood Restaurant located in Maryland of the United States. I began to see how bartenders would use premium spirits and use lackluster substitutes which just wouldn’t make any sense to me, why use such quality spirit along with junk, Sour Mix and anything do not mix. I began to research a lot on classic Mixology, Derek Brown from The Columbia Room in DC is my Idol, he focuses on every little detail to enhance his Concoctions, this Man saws his own ice (OBSESSED!) he made me realize that a Cocktail is a craft, I began to build my own bar in my very small room in order to make a YouTube Channel to help build a respectable reputation in this industry in order to achieve my dream to become a BRAND AMBASSADOR!!!!!!! Of a major Spirit brand. I am the hardest working Young Man you will ever meet I began doing construction with my Father at only 12 years of age. I am so hungry to succeed in the industry that I love; becoming a Brand Ambassador would be like winning the lottery since I am obsessed with crafting cocktails. In my opinions a cocktail is more than just a drink, a Chef sees his food as Art a detailed and very difficult craft, a real Chef takes pride even in his Grilled Cheese, others will see it as doing their job, I see cocktails as a Craft, I focus on every little detail, Garnishing a cocktail can be vital. The relationship between a Bartender and a client is very important one must focus on every little detail your only job is to please that client, make it more of an experience rather than a service, make sure he walks out thinking he left “Disney World” or for my liking a Grandmas house after she baked some yummy oatmeal cookies. As a Brand Ambassador I will be able to promote the very best brand and enhance its very distinctive key traits, creating unique concoctions to promote the brand to its fullest potential, wowing a customer will be my absolute job so they will rush to buy our product. Please if I must beg you this is my passion, I will scrub toilets, clean floors, I’ve done it my whole life, give me a chance to prove you how hard and reliable I am, for my young daughter and family, I will sacrifice everything to help the brand grow to its pure potential. My goal will be to come up with ten thousand dollars in order to attend The International Culinary Center in New York, to attend their Intensive Wine courses. At such a young age I am currently a General Manager of a seafood restaurant, they’ve seen the dedication I put into every little detail, so will you.
    -Camilo (Future Brand Ambassador)
